Bellefonte Heart Care (1150 St. Christopher Drive) offers caring and complete heart services. Bellefonte Heart Care specializes in the treatment of acute and coronary syndromes, acute myocardial infarctions, non-ST elevation myocardial infarctions, chronic chest pain, coronary artery disease, arrhythmia and congestive heart failure.
Michele Friday, M.D., FACC, has established her practice at Bellefonte Heart Care. She is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in both internal medicine and cardiology. Friday is board eligible in interventional cardiology. She is a graduate of St. George's University of Medicine in St. George's, Grenada, West Indies.
She completed her internal medical residency at St. Michael's Medical Center/Seton Hall University, N.J. where she was elected chief resident. She completed a cardiology fellowship at St. Michael's and obtained a Guidant Scholarship for Interventional Cardiology Fellowship which she conducted at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York City.
