OLBH Imaging Center
The OLBH Imaging Center is located on the ground floor of Bellefonte Centre,
1000 Ashland Drive. The center boasts easy access to imaging services and
a simplified, patient-friendly registration process.
The facility includes the GE Signa EXCITE HD, a $1.8 million high-definition
MRI that allows for an easier diagnosis of patients, particularly those
that would be difficult to examine with conventional MRI approaches. With
unprecedented resolution, speed and clarity, the high definition MRI produces
images that allow for a more definite diagnosis. The MRI has a larger opening
and shorter tunnel for patient comfort. In addition to MRI, CT services are available.
"The center provides efficiency to patients and utmost comfort," Terri Hannon,
OLBH director of Radiology said. "Appointments start on time and result
turnaround time is excellent. The center is aesthetically pleasing and the
same board certified physicians that our patients have come to know and
trust read the tests, same as if they were tested at the hospital."
